WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship regular orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you order over the weekend, we’ll start processing it on the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation once your order’s on its way.
Once that confirmation hits your inbox, we can't make changes or cancel the order.

WHAT ABOUT PREORDERS?
Some styles sell quickly! Preorders can take up to 10 weeks, every pair is made with love, care, and cozy vibes. Promise it’s worth the wait 💌

UNITED STATES: Free standard shipping via First Class for orders over $35.00 (3-7 business days). 
INTERNATIONAL: Free standard shipping via First Class International for orders over $200.00 (10-25 business days).

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Effortless Club gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. All items must be in the original packaging. In order to get your return processed quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items and items that have been altered are final sale.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS

  1. Email info@shopeffortlessclub.com to request your Return Authorization Number (RA) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include in the email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return. Attach any photos or proofs for defective items.
  3. We will respond to you within 48 hours once your request has been received. You will receive an email with your unique RA number and the return address.
    Please make sure you send out your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account.

HELP! MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN/DAMAGED!

We insure every package, but to send a replacement, we’ll ask you to sign a quick claim form to help us file with insurance!
If your package is just… chilling somewhere in the USPS universe, we can help file a search request to get it moving. You’re also welcome to contact USPS directly, but we’re happy to help however we can.
